DWIT and Athics launch the “Technologies for Digital Evolution” series

Milan, 2026 – Why do some companies manage to reinvent themselves continuously, while others struggle to truly innovate, despite huge investments in technology?

To answer this question, DWIT, in collaboration with its partner Athics – a company specialising in artificial intelligence solutions and owner of the Crafter.ai platform – is launching the series “Technologies for Digital Evolution”.

The series offers an in-depth analysis of new business growth models driven by data and conversational AI, with the aim to show how organisations can transform everyday interactions into strategic insights and turn them into concrete innovative actions.

The first article, entitled “Digital Evolution: the data-driven future of businesses”, explores the key concepts of digital evolution, explaining how to integrate data, people and technologies into a continuous and adaptive process. Particular attention is given to conversational AI, with real-world examples across various sectors and the use of the Crafter.ai platform, which allows the development of chatbots and virtual assistants capable of gathering information, generating personalised insights and optimising processes and the customer experience.

The project will continue with in-depth posts and discussions on LinkedIn, creating a forum for professionals, decision-makers and enthusiasts of innovation and digital transformation to share experiences, best practices and useful tools to guide business growth in a constantly evolving environment.

Silvio Totaro, Business Line Director at DWIT, comments:
“Digital transformation is not a singular project, but an ongoing journey that integrates data, people and technology. With this series, together with Athics, we aim to help companies turn digital initiatives into real value, by leveraging the potential of conversational AI.”

Paolo Massarani, CEO of Athics, adds:
“Innovation today means putting data, technology and people at the centre. With DWIT, we want to demonstrate how conversational AI, through platforms such as Crafter.ai, can become a true enabler of digital transformation, turning interactions into tangible growth opportunities for businesses.”

This series is for all organisations interested in continuous innovation, developing new data-driven business models, and enhancing the experience of both customers and employees.
