Since 2025, digital accessibility is no longer just a quality standard: it has become a regulatory requirement for all large companies, following the implementation of the European Accessibility Act. At eGlue, we believe this transformation represents not only a constraint, but above all an opportunity: making digital content truly accessible to everyone means designing clearer, more inclusive, and effective experiences.
Our approach: Accessibility by Design
At eGlue we have developed an approach “accessibility by design” that integrates Customer Experience Management and UX design skills to:
- ensure regulatory compliance with European (WCAG, EN 301 549) and national guidelines;
- design natively accessible documents and touchpoints, avoiding the cost and complexity of subsequent remediation;
- provide end-to-end support, from initial evaluation to content production to team training.

Accessibility Assessment
We assess the current state of documents and digital flows, identifying gaps with respect to regulations and providing a concrete intervention plan.
Document Redesign
We redesign digital documents with an inclusive perspective, taking care of structure, content hierarchy, reading order, contrasts, alternative texts and interactive modules.
Implementation & Remediation
We produce new accessible content (PDF/UA and interactive documents) and adapt existing content, integrating accessible generation into communication processes.
Training
We organize personalized courses to raise awareness and train business teams, combining theory, hands-on workshops, and testing with assistive technologies.
Why it matters
According to ISTAT and National Health Observatory data, nearly 13 million people (22% of the population) in Italy live with some form of disability, and over 3 million are severely disabled. Ensuring barrier-free digital experiences means opening access to information, services, and opportunities to a significant portion of society, contributing to equitable and inclusive digital transformation.
