Our eGlue Trusted Docs service is aimed at Public Administrations and private companies, and is designed to:

- Store according to OAIS ISO 14271:2003 model
- Offer secure web access, with traceability and MFA (double factor access)

The eGlue service was designed to integrate natively with the dematerialization process of all passive and active company documents, i.e. acquired or generated. The advantage we offer is that companies can manage the entire document lifecycle: from production (digital or paper) to dematerialized management (digital or paper) to standard replacement storage.
eGlue TrustedDocs allows you to implement a preservation process consisting of the information packages (both paper documents and data) required by the technical rules and the Open Archival Information System reference model (OAIS ISO 14271:2003). With this service, we guarantee the speed of document retrieval and therefore greater control of document processes. Additionally, traceability of all operations performed by users who are provided access is allowed, and dual factor access (MFA) can be guaranteed.
